This agreement hereby outlines the terms and conditions of the utilization studio spaces   and equipment “The Studio” during an allotted period of time “Session” provided by Mansion Recording Studios LLC (413 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY) “Mansion Studios” and the individual(s) accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable “Client”. 

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this service and the agreement that operates between The Client and Mansion Studios. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of The Studio. Your access to and use of The Studio is conditioned on The Client's acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use The Studio. By accessing or using The Studio, The Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If The Client disagrees with any part of these Terms and Conditions then The Client may not access The Studio.

By completing their booking of a Session at The Studio, The Client hereby agrees to all these Terms and Conditions as outlined. 

These Terms and Conditions are bound by the laws and regulations of the state of New York, United States of America.

ARTICLE ONE

The Client acknowledges and agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any loss, damage, or destruction to Mansion Studios, including but not limited to the Studio premises, equipment, furnishings, or any other property belonging to Mansion Studios, its staff, or affiliates, caused by the Client or any member of the Client’s party during their time at the Studio.

The Client agrees to compensate Mansion Studios in a timely manner for all resulting costs, including, without limitation, repair costs, full replacement costs where repair is not possible, and any lost profits or revenue resulting from Studio downtime. Mansion Studios shall have sole discretion in determining the extent of damage and the appropriate method of repair or replacement.

The Client authorizes Mansion Studios to charge any payment method on file for such damages or to invoice the Client for the full amount due, as determined by Mansion Studios. Failure to remit payment may result in denial of future services and/or legal or collection action.

The Client agrees to not smoke tobacco, and to limit smoking of other substances to lounge spaces or control rooms. The Client will only be permitted to smoke in control rooms at the discretion of Mansion Studios management. The Client will not be permitted to smoke in recording booths or other areas where microphones are placed, due to risk of damage. The Client acknowledges their understanding that smoking in control rooms may cause damages to sensitive equipment, and understands that they will be liable for any damages caused by smoking. 

The Client agrees to keep all food and drink away from computers, microphones, and all other sensitive equipment. Accidental spills and drops will result in the client being liable for all damages caused to Mansion Studios. 

ARTICLE TWO

The Client agrees that in order to maintain the safety and security of The Studio, they will limit the number of people in their session (not including Mansion Studios staff members  or contractors) in accordance with the following schedule: 

A Room: Limit of 8 people 
B Room: Limit of 6 people
C Room: Limit of 4 people

    The Client acknowledges that the amount of people in The Client’s Session are their sole responsibility, and their utilization of The Studio can be revoked for failing to abide by the above schedule. 

ARTICLE THREE

All sessions must adhere to Mansion Studios’ minimum booking requirements for each room as outlined below:

A Room: 2 hour booking minimum
B Room: 2 hour booking minimum
C Room: 3 hour booking minimum

The Client agrees to pay for the full duration of the booked session, regardless of early departure.

Payment is due in full at the beginning of the Session unless otherwise arranged in writing. Mansion Studios reserves the right to require deposits in advance for all bookings.

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the Session time.

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must follow Mansion Studios’ cancellation policy as set forth below: 

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund, at the discretion of Mansion Studios management.

No shows or more than 1 hour lateness will result in a 100% upfront payment to book future sessions. 
Failure to appear for your session/last minute cancellations will result in the deposit 
being forfeited.

Failure to cancel within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of deposits or 
full session charges.


ARTICLE FOUR

The Client acknowledges that they are using The Studio at their own risk. Mansion Studios is not liable for any injury, accident, or property loss occurring on the premises.


The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mansion Studios, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from The Client’s use of The Studio.

ARTICLE FOUR

    The Client understands their responsibility to others using The Studio, and agrees to not make excessive noise, or cause disturbances to others, including in hallways, common areas, and immediately outside of the studio. If The Client is causing disturbances to others, they may be asked to leave at the discretion of Mansion Studios management.

ARTICLE FIVE

    If The Client is under the age of 18, The Client agrees to be accompanied by a responsible adult during the Session and all other times at The Studio. The Client may not be permitted to utilize The Studio if they are under 18 years of age and not accompanied by an adult.

ARTICLE SIX

    The Client is required to provide Government issued photo identification upon arrival at The Studio. Mansion Studios may request identification at any time and at their discretion. If The Client is unable to provide photo identification, their Session may be cancelled at the discretion of management.


ARTICLE SEVEN

    Access, usage, and any, and all other permissions pertaining to The Studio are granted, and can be revoked at any time by Mansion Studios. The Client is not entitled to use or access The Studio in any way without direct and express permission from Mansion Studios, and its staff, or management.
